Steve joined de Carteret Wealth in May 2022 as their Finance Manager, and brings with him a wealth of bookkeeping and accounting experience. He is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. Steve has recently decided to venture into the world of being semi-retired, and as such will be working at de Carteret Wealth on a part time basis.

Steve was educated at De La Salle College and began his long accounting career all the way back in July 1983 when he joined the client accounting team at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, an audit company in the day. From there, he has remained in the client accounting industry at various local trust institutions, either as part of large international banking organisation or small independent local trust companies.

Being the partner of Helen, our Managing Director, he is used to being bossed around by Helen. In his, now, extended spare time, Steve enjoys getting out on the golf course either at Les Ormes Golf Club or somewhere more exotic. He also enjoys reading, travelling and is a Tottenham Hotspur supporter. Whilst at home, he is required to ensure that Helen’s glass is topped up when necessary…..with water, of course.
