With a strong background in customer service and operations, Marco has always been dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences. Before joining de Carteret Wealth in 2020, he managed two independent menswear stores, where he honed his organisational skills and passion for customer satisfaction.

Since joining the team—right at the start of the pandemic—Marco has quickly progressed, now leading our Client Services team. He works closely with our Financial Advisers to ensure clients receive the smooth, attentive service they deserve.

At weekends, Marco is usually busy chasing after his two young children, enjoying dining out, or getting lost in one of his many Spotify playlists!
