Having worked in the Retail sector since 2001, meeting the needs of his clients has always been paramount to Marco and is key to his everyday job satisfaction.

He looked after the day to day operations of two local independent Menswear stores and used his organisational skills to keep things running smoothly on the shop floor as well as the back office.

Marco joined de Carteret Wealth in April 2020 and works to support the Financial Advisers, and helping to keep our clients happy.  Despite joining DCW at the beginning of the pandemic Marco has quickly progressed and is now a Client Services Manager.

On the weekend Marco is usually found running around after his two young children and enjoys dining out and listening to his eclectic collection of music playlists on Spotify.
