Shani has spent over 30 years in Jersey’s finance sector, starting as an Investment Manager at HSBC Offshore before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser in 2000. For over two decades, she has helped clients navigate pensions, investments, insurance, savings, mortgages, and retirement planning.
She joined de Carteret Wealth in 2018, becoming a Board member and later co-leading a management buyout alongside Helen. Shani is widely respected for her expertise, particularly in pension transfers, where she is one of Jersey’s leading specialists.
Shani’s passion is to inspire, educate and empower people to create financial independence and security in their lives, especially women. In her spare time she loves, exercise, yoga, travel and reading, especially history.
